摘要
为提高设备中导轨导向精度,减少环境温度变化对其产生的影响,综合考虑热力耦合的影响,通过应用有限元分析软件,研究了两种不同导轨与导轨基座的组合,其均在环境温度为22℃时安装,在环境温度逐渐下降至零下20℃后的变形情况。分析结果表明当导轨与导轨基座材质相同(均为45钢时),其变形较小,对导轨精度影响较小,当导轨与导轨基座材质不同时,因为温差而产生的变形较大,对导轨精度影响较大。
In order to improve the guiding accuracy of the guideway in the equipment and reduce the influence of the ambient temperature change on it,and comprehensively consider the influence of thermal mechanical coupling,the combination of two different guideways and guideway base is studied by using the finite element analysis software.They are installed when the ambient temperature is 22℃,and the deformation after the ambient temperature gradually drops to minus 20℃.The analysis results show that when the guideway and guideway base are made of the same material(both 45 steel),its deformation is small and has little impact on the accuracy of the guideway.When the materials of the guideway and the guideway base are different,the deformation caused by the temperature difference is large and has a great impact on the accuracy of the guideway.
