摘要
为提高风电紧固件使用效率,从而降低风电机组成本,对风机用高强度紧固件重复使用扭矩系数进行研究。以8组螺栓连接副为研究对象,对其进行10次装-拆拧紧试验用以模拟风机螺栓的重复使用,并在拧紧过程中记录连接副的螺纹摩擦系数、端面摩擦系数、扭矩系数。通过对试验结果的分析发现:螺栓连接副端面摩擦系数和螺纹摩擦系数均随着拧紧次数的增加呈先增后减的趋势;当重复拧紧超过5次后螺纹摩擦系数和端面摩擦系数趋于平稳略低于第1次拧紧摩擦系数;在10次拧紧过程中螺栓连接副的扭矩系数最大值为第1次拧紧扭矩系数的106.8%,最小值为第1次拧紧扭矩系数的94.7%,满足设计要求,可重复使用。
In order to improve the use efficiency of wind power fasteners and reduce the cost of wind turbine,the reuse torque coefficient of high-strength fasteners for wind turbine is studied.Taking 8 groups of bolt connection pairs as the research object,10 assembly disassembly and tightening tests were carried out to simulate the reuse of wind turbine bolts,and the thread friction coefficient,end face friction coefficient and torque coefficient of the connection pairs were recorded during the tightening process.Through the analysis of the test results,it is found that the end face friction coefficient and thread friction coefficient of bolt connection pair show a trend of first and then decreasing with the increase of tightening times;When repeated tightening for more than 5 times,the thread friction coefficient and end face friction coefficient tend to be stable,slightly lower than the friction coefficient of the first tightening;In the process of 10 tightening,the maximum torque coefficient of the bolt connection pair is 106.8%of the first tightening torque coefficient,and the minimum value is 94.7%of the first tightening torque coefficient,which meets the design requirements and can be reused..
