摘要
本文通过基础的受力分析,逐渐推导出螺栓拧紧扭矩、松脱扭矩和轴向预紧力之间的关系,确定出公制螺纹和英制螺纹两类的最终关系式。同时计算出不同因素情况下松脱扭矩与拧紧扭矩之间的比值,使用中可根据计算结果快速确定松脱扭矩范围。根据推导结果确定松脱扭矩的影响因素:螺纹规格、螺纹牙距、螺纹摩擦系数、支撑面摩擦系数和支撑面接触面积。合理利用以上影响因素,能大大增强紧固系统的防松性能。
Through the basic force analysis,the relationship between fastening and loosening torque/clamp force is gradually deduced in this thesis,and the final relationship of metric thread and inch thread is determined.At the same time,the ratio between the releasing torque and the fastening torque under different factors is calculated,and the range of the releasing torque can be quickly determined according to the calculated results in use.According to the derivation results,the factors affecting the Loosening torque are determined as follows:thread size,screw pitch,friction coefficient of thread,friction coefficient of support surface and contact area of support surface.Reasonable use of the above factors can greatly enhance the anti-loose performance of the fastening system.
