摘要
螺纹连接应用广泛,但其普遍存在松脱失效问题。本文构建了螺纹连接的力学模型,验证了螺纹的自锁效应同时分析了螺纹松脱的原因。对影响螺纹防松脱性能的表面处理、预紧力及防松形式等因素进行了理论分析,并在此基础上进行了横向振动试验,数据表明:合理范围内,提高摩擦系数或者预紧力均可提高螺纹紧固件防松性能;不同防松形式效果不同应用环境也不同,使用时需合理选用。
Thread connection is widely used,but it has the problem of loose failure.In this paper,a mechanical model of thread connection is established to verify the self-locking effect of thread and analyze the cause of thread loosening.Based on the theoretical analysis of the surface treatment,preload force and the form of anti-loosening,the transverse vibration test was carried out.The data show that the anti-loosening performance of threaded fasteners can be improved by increasing the friction coefficient or preload force within a reasonable range.Different anti-loosening forms have different effects and different application environments,so they should be rationally selected when used.
