Application and Prospects for Development of ADI in China Automobile Industry

介绍了等温淬火球墨铸铁在汽车铸件中应用的优势,分析了我国汽车制造业的发展与汽车轻量化的实施对ADI材料在我国的发展所带来的机遇,列举了目前一些ADI在我国汽车零件上成熟的应用,探讨了我国ADI材料作为汽车铸件材料所存在的问题与发展趋势。最后指出:我国ADI汽车零件有很大的发展潜力,随着产学研的联合推动,深入研发ADI机理、严格控制原材料成分、建立专业的热处理中心等一系列措施的实施,为生产高性能ADI汽车零件打下了基础,未来会有越来越多的ADI材料运用在汽车零件中。

The advantages of austempered nodular iron(ADI)application in automobile castings were introduced.The paper analyzed the development of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry and the implementation of automobile weight-lightening brought opportunity to the development of ADI materials in China,listed some current mature applications of ADI in Chinese auto parts,discussed the problems of using ADI as automobile casting material in China and development trend.Finally,it was pointed out:China's automobile parts had great development potential,with the joint promotion of industry,university and research unit,the implementation of a series of measures such as in-depth research and development of ADI mechanism,strict control of raw material compositions,and the establishment of professional heat treatment center had laid a foundation for the production of high-performance ADI auto parts,more and more ADI materials will be used in auto parts in the future.
