摘要
介绍了汽车轮毂铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件的生产工艺:利用数值模拟技术辅助设计铸造工艺,实现了铸件的顺序凝固;通过在轮毂辐板上方隔砂引入热铁液,在轮辐中形成了足够的补缩通道,在轮毂顶板设置一个顶冒口补缩4个孤立热节,提高了工艺出品率;采用冲入法球化处理工艺,Mg5RE2球化剂的加入量为1%,采用SiBa孕育剂进行3次孕育处理,浇注温度控制在1380~1420℃。生产结果显示:铸件的金相组织和力学性能符合技术要求,铸件内部致密无缺陷。
The structure and technical requirements of automobile wheel hub were introduced,the production process and casting method of the casting were described in detail:the numerical simulation technology was used for design of the casting method to realize directional solidification:through introducing hot iron liquid at top part of the wheel hub spoke plate by sand layer-separately,an enough feeding channel was formed,by setting a top riser to feed 4 isolated hot spots,the process yield was increased,pour-over nodularizing process was used,adding quantity of Mg5RE2 nodularizing agent was 1%,SiBa inoculant was used to conduct 3 times of inoculation,pouring temperature was controlled in the range of 1380~1420℃.The production result showed:the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties met technical requirements,casting inside was dense without defects.
