摘要
介绍了大型挖泥泵高铬铸铁叶轮铸件的结构及技术要求,从浇注系统设计、冒口设计、造型过程、填砂制芯、涂料涂刷、合箱紧固、化学成分设计、熔炼工艺、落砂清铲及热处理工艺等方面阐述了该铸件的生产工艺。生产结果显示:生产的2件1000型挖泥泵叶轮铸件经机械加工后,没有发现缩松、裂纹缺陷,而且通过采用合理的热处理工艺,使叶轮具有良好的抗磨性能和优良的综合性能,满足砂砾、鹅卵石坚硬颗粒的冲击与磨损的使用要求,为大型挖泥泵叶轮的国产化制造提供了可借鉴的成功经验。
The structure and technical requirements of the high-chromium cast iron impeller casting of a large dredging pump were introduced.The production technology of the casting was described including gating system design,risers design,molding process,sand filling and core making,coating brushing,mold assembling and fastening,chemical composition design,melting process,knockout-cleaning and heat treating.The production result showed:2 impeller castings of 1000 type dredging pump was produced,no shrinkage porosity and cracking defect found after machining,and,after being reasonably heat treated,the impeller obtained good wear resistance and excellent properties combination,met the use requirements of impact and wear of gravel and pebble hard particles.It provided referential successful experience for the domestic manufacturing of large dredging pump impeller.
