摘要 针对铸造行业在现场控制方面受其工艺及设备局限,不能完全实现全自动化的生产,部分生产和信息还需要人来实现和传递的问题,提出了开创性的智能单元理念和设计,结合现场应用场景,成功开发相关软件,并在现场进行了成功的推广应用。在研究开发过程中,通过总结业内多家智能工厂智能单元系统建设过程,提炼了建设实施过程中的要点和经验。最后指出:智能单元系统整合了铸造一线生产过程中的标准化流程和管理方法要求,为进一步实现优化现场的智能化、数字化运行打下了良好的基础。 In order to solve the problem of foundry industry that due to the production site control was limited by its process and equipment,it was not possible to realize fully automated production,a part of the production and information still needed people to achieve and pass on,the author proposed the pioneering intelligent unit concept and design,combined with the production site application scene,successfully developed the related software,and successful promotion and application was conducted on the site.In the process of research and development,through summarizing the construction process of many int-elligent factories intelligent unit systems in the industry,the key points and experience in the implementation of the constru-ction process were refined.Finally,it was pointed out that the intelligent unit system integrates the standardized process and management method requirements in the frontline production process of casting,which laid a good foundation for further optimizing the intelligent and digital operation of the site.
