摘要 目的研究亚麻木酚素对糖尿病患者血糖及血脂的影响。方法本研究自2016年3月至2017年2月选择河北医科大学第二医院收治的118例糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(55例)和干预组(56例)。对照组给予安慰剂(淀粉)300 mg/次、2次/d,干预组口服(开环异落叶松酚二葡萄糖苷300 mg及淀粉300 mg)/次,2次/d。调查两组患者干预前后饮食变化情况。检测两组干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、早餐后餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果两组干预前后体重、饮食能量摄入及三大营养素供能比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前,两组FPG、2hPG和HbA_(1c)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组FPG、2hPG和HbA_(1c)低于干预前,且干预组FPG、2hPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组TC、LDL-C水平低于干预前,对照组TC水平高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组TC和LDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚麻木酚素在改善糖尿病患者血糖及血脂方面有明显作用。 Objective To study the effect of flax lignans on blood glucose and blood lipids in diabetic patients.Methods In this study,118 patients with diabetes admitted in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected from March 2016 to February 2017 and they were divided into control group(55 cases)and intervention group(56 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given placebo starch 300 mg per time,twice a day,and the intervention group was given oral administration secoisolarici-resinol diglucoside 300 mg and starch 300 mg per time,twice a day.The diet changes of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were investigated.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c)),triglyceride(TG),total cholestero(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and C-reactive protein(CRP)level were detected before and after the intervention.Results There were no significant differences in weight,dietary energy intake and energy supply ratio of three nutrients between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FBG,2hPG and HbA_(1c) between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,FBG,2hPG and HbA_(1c) in the intervention group were lower than before intervention,and the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,TC,LDL-C was lower than before intervention,TC level in the control group was higher than before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and TC and LDL-C in the intervention group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion flax lignans has a significant effect on improving blood glucose and blood lipids in diabetic patients.
