“三全育人”视野下中医药高等院校就业模式探讨

Discussion on employment mode of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from the perspective of“Three-all Education”

中医药高等院校的就业问题,一直以来备受学界关注。本文首先从宏观、中观、微观及个人4个层面出发,对中医药高等院校的就业困境进行分析。接着阐释了“三全育人”的理念发展及将其应用于中医药高等院校就业模式的必要性。基于此,提出在国家的政策指引下,借助网络信息化平台,构建由中医药高等院校为主体,社会、用人单位、家庭和学生个体等多元参与、协同合作、全程规划、全面发展的“三全育人”格局。最后,对这种模式的应用前景、可能遇到的阻碍及应对策略进行简要探讨,以期实现中医药高等院校就业困境的破局。

The employment of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities has always been concerned by the academic circle.Firstly,this paper analyzes the employment dilemma of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from the macro,medium,micro,and individual levels.Then,it explains the development of the concept of“Three-all Education”and the necessity of applying it to the employment mode of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.Based on this,under the guidance of national policies and with the help of network information platform,it is proposed to build a“Three-all Education”pattern in which traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities are the main body,and the society,employers,families,and individual students participate,cooperate,full plan and develop comprehensively.Finally,the application prospect,possible obstacles,and countermeasures of this mode are briefly discussed in order to solve the employment dilemma of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
