It has the effects of tonifying qi and nourishing yin, invigorating the spleen and lungs, and regulating blood sugar and blood lipids. R. polygonati can be used for medicinal, edible,and ornamental purposes. It has extremely high economic value and social benefits, and has huge development potential and broad market prospects. This article summarized the deep-processed products developed by R.polygonati in recent years, analyzed the existing problems in current research, and made further prospects, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of R. polygonati deep-processed products.
