系统化手术室管理对骨科手术院内感染的价值研究

Research on the Value of Systematic Operating Room Management in Orthopedic Surgery Nosocomial Infection

目的探究系统化手术室护理管理对骨科手术院内感染的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月该院护士38名为研究对象,2020年5—12月对护理人员实施常规手术护理管理,2021年1—5月对上述同一组护理人员实施系统化手术室护理管理,观察并比较两组患者院内感染情况、干预前后护士手术室不规范护理行为发生情况以及患者的护理满意度。结果干预后患者院内感染发生率低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后护士手术室不规范护理行为发生率低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后患者对护理人员的护理满意度高于干预前,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科应用系统化手术室管理,可有效降低院内感染发生率,减少手术室不规范护理行为发生,同时提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of systematic operating room nursing management for nosocomial infections in orthopedic surgery.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,38 nurses in the hospital were selected as research subjects.From May to December 2020,implemented routine surgical care management for nursing staff.From January to May 2021,implemented systematic operating room care management for the same group of nursing staff.Observed and compared the nosocomial infections of the two groups of patients,the occurrence of irregular nursing behaviors in the operating room of before and after the interrention,and the patients'nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the incidence of nosocomial infection of patients was lower than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the incidence of non-standard nursing behaviors in the operating room of nurses was lower than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patients'satisfaction with nursing staff was higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic operating room management in orthopedics can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and reduce the occurrence of irregular nursing behaviors in the operating room.At the same time,it can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
