绩效管理应用在妇产科优质护理服务中的有效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Performance Management in High-quality Nursing Services in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨绩效管理应用在妇产科优质护理服务的有效性。方法选取蔡甸区妇幼保健院妇产科2020年1—12月80例妇产科患者和护理人员30名,随机数字表法分组。参照组给予常规管理优质护理服务,研究组采取绩效管理优质护理服务。比较两组护理人员对于绩效管理制度、职业成长空间、工作环境、排班制度的满意度,妇产科护理工作质量、护理纠纷发生率。结果研究组满意度高于参照组,妇产科护理工作质量高于参照组,护理纠纷发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核法用于妇产科护理管理中可获得较好的成效,可提高妇产科护理工作质量,有利于提高护理人员的满意度,且有利于减少护患纠纷的发生。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of performance management in high-quality nursing services in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 80 obstetrics and gynecology patients and 30 nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Caidian District Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into groups by random number table.The reference group gave regular management high-quality nursing services,and the study group adopted performance management high-quality nursing services.Compared the two groups of nursing staff's satisfaction with the performance management system,career growth space,working environment,scheduling system,the quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing work,and the incidence of nursing disputes.Results The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing work was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The performance appraisal method can obtain good results in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology,can improve the quality of nursing work in obstetrics and gynecology,and help improve the satisfaction of nursing staff.And it helps to reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
