全程保温管理对急诊创伤危重患者干预效果的研究

Study on the Effect of the Whole Process of Thermal Insulation Management on the Intervention of Critically Ill Patients with Trauma in Emergency Department

目的探究分析全程保温管理对策对急诊创伤危重患者的影响。方法将2019年12月—2020年12月作为该次研究的时间节点,选择该院42名急诊医务人员参与该次研究,在2019年12月—2020年6月采取常规保温管理,该组为对照组;在2020年7—12月期间实施全程保温管理,将其命名为观察组。同时选择在该期间92例创伤危重患者参与该研究,根据时间节点不同,分别在对照组和观察组中纳入46例。对比两组管理质量、管理满意度以及管理效果评分情况。结果观察组管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度方面,观察组较对照组有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过管理,观察组管理效果评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程保温管理具有较高的管理满意度,管理质量更优,对于缓解急诊创伤危重患者体温情况具有积极意义。

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of whole-process insulation management strategies on critically ill patients with trauma in emergency department.Methods The time period from December 2019 to December 2020 was used as the time node of the research.42 emergency medical staff in the hospital were selected to participate in the study,and routine insulation management was adopted from December 2019 to June 2020.the group was the control group.During the period from July to December 2020,the whole process of heat preservation management will be implemented,and it will be named the observation group.At the same time,92 critically ill patients with trauma were selected to participate in the exploration during the period.According to different time nodes,46 cases were included in the control group and the observation group.Compared the two groups of management quality,management satisfaction and management effect scores.Results The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of management satisfaction,the observation group has a significant improvement compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through management,the observation group's management effect score was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of thermal insulation management has higher management satisfaction and better management quality.It has positive significance for alleviating the body temperature of critically ill patients with emergency trauma.
