摘要
目的分析研究流程再造管理在群体食物中毒急诊救护中的应用价值。方法选择2020年2月—2021年3月10名该院急诊科室医务工作人员参与该次研究中。根据时间节点不同,在2020年2—8月间实施急诊救护常规管理,为常规组;在2020年9月—2021年3月间采取急诊救护流程再造管理,为研究组。分别在两个时间节点内纳入85例群体食物中毒患者。比较分析两组管理质量(管理主动性、沟通交流能力、管理责任感、综合能力)、抢救成功率、医务人员综合水平提升情况(急救知识、急救技能、病情分析、临场决策)以及管理满意度。结果在管理质量方面,对比于常规组,研究组管理质量各项指标均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抢救成功率方面,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员综合水平提升情况,研究组各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度方面,常规组低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程再造管理在群体食物中毒急诊救护中的应用价值显著,在提升管理质量、医务人员综合水平、抢救成功率以及管理满意度方面均具有优势。
Objective To analyze and study the application value of process reengineering management in the emergency rescue of group food poisoning.Methods 10 medical staff in the emergency department of the hospital from February to 2020 March 2021 were selected to participate in the study.According to different time nodes,the routine management of emergency care will be implemented from February to August 2020,as the routine group.From September 2020 to March 2021,the emergency rescue process was reengineered and managed,as the study group.85 patients with group food poisoning were included at two time nodes.Comparative analysis of the two groups of management quality(management initiative,communication skills,management responsibility,comprehensive ability),rescue success rate,improvement of the overall level of medical staff(first aid knowledge,first aid skills,disease analysis,on-site decision-making)and management satisfaction.Results In terms of management quality,compared with the routine group,the study group had better management quality indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of rescue success rate,the study group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the improvement of the overall level of medical staff,the scores of the study group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of management satisfaction,the routine group was lower than the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Process reengineering management has significant application value in group food poisoning emergency rescue.It has advantages in improving management quality,comprehensive level of medical staff,rescue success rate and management satisfaction.
