危机管理模式联合危机警示牌在ICU护理安全管理中的运用

Application of Crisis Management Model and Crisis Warning Sign in ICU Nursing Safety Management

目的分析危机管理模式联合危机警示牌在ICU护理安全管理中的应用。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月该院ICU在职护理人员19名,按照不同时间分为对照组(2019年5月—2020年5月)和观察组(2020年6月—2021年5月),对照组实施传统护理管理模式,观察组实施危机管理联合危机警示牌护理模式,观察两组护理人员护理服务质量、护理满意度以及管理效果等情况。结果观察组护理人员在医疗险情处理能力、感染控制、专科技术、专科管理以及消毒隔离护理服务质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员在外在满意、一般满意以及内在满意满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员在护理安全、急救物品管理、风险评估、专科管理、理论知识以及临床操作管理效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU护理人员实施危机管理模式联合危机警示牌护理安全管理,可更好地提高护理人员护理服务质量水平,提高护理满意度,提升护理管理效果。

Objective To analyze the application of crisis management mode combined with crisis warning signs in ICU nursing safety management.Methods From May 2019 to May 2021,19 nursing staff in the ICU of the hospital were selected and divided into control group(May 2019 to May 2020)and observation group(June 2020 to May 2021)according to different times.The control group implemented the traditional nursing management model,and the observation group implemented the crisis management combined crisis warning card nursing model.Observed the nursing service quality,nursing satisfaction and management effect of the two groups of nursing staff.Results The nursing staff in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of their ability to handle medical risks,infection control,specialist technology,specialist management,and disinfection and isolation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The external satisfaction,general satisfaction and internal satisfaction of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group had significantly higher management effects on nursing safety,first-aid supplies management,risk assessment,specialty management,theoretical knowledge and clinical operations than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of crisis management model combined with crisis warning sign nursing safety management for ICU nurses can better improve the quality of nursing service of nurses,increase nursing satisfaction,and enhance the effectiveness of nursing management.
