病例分析结合PBL教学在骨科护理教学中的应用及效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨病例分析结合PBL教学在骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法入组研究对象为2017年1月—2020年12月骨科120名护理实习生,依照随机法分组,每组60名,对比组接受传统护理带教,研究组接受病例分析结合PBL带教,对比两组技能操作、理论知识考核成绩、护生综合能力评分、CTDI评分、护理缺陷、投诉发生率、护生满意度。结果研究组技能操作、理论知识考核成绩均比对比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组提高团队协作能力及沟通能力、激发学习兴趣、提升自学能力、养成评判性思维、掌握骨科知识评分、总分均比对比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CTDI评分均比对比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理缺陷发生率(1.67%)、投诉发生率(0.00%)均比对比组(15.00%、10.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组独立解决问题能力(96.67%)、增强临床操作能力(96.67%)、提高学习能力(98.33%)、激发学习兴趣(96.67%)、涵盖专科知识点满意度(98.33%)均比对比组(81.67%、83.33%、86.67%、80.00%、88.33%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例分析结合PBL教学可提高骨科护理实习生考核成绩、综合能力,形成评判性思维,降低护理缺陷、投诉发生率,赢得护生认可、赞同。 Objective To discuss the application effect of case analysis combined with PBL teaching in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods The enrolled subjects were 120 nursing interns in the orthopedics department from January 2017 to December 2020,and they were grouped according to the random method 60 case in each group,the control group received traditional nursing instruction,and the study group received case analysis combined with PBL instruction.Compared the two groups of skills operation,theoretical knowledge assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores of nursing students,CTDI scores,nursing defects,incidence of complaints,and satisfaction of nursing students.Results The study group's performance in skill operation and theoretical knowledge assessment were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group improved teamwork and communication skills,stimulated interest in learning,improved self-learning ability,developed critical thinking,mastered orthopedics knowledge scores,and total scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CTDI scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing defects(1.67%)and the incidence of complaints(0.00%)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(15.00%,10.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had independent problem-solving ability(96.67%),enhanced clinical operation ability(96.67%),improved learning ability(98.33%),stimulated interest in learning(96.67%),and satisfaction with specialized knowledge points(98.33%),were higher than the control group(81.67%,83.33%,86.67%,80.00%,88.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case analysis combined with PBL teaching can improve the assessment results and comprehensive ability of orthopedic nursing interns,and form critical thinking,reduce the incidence of nursing defects and complaints,and win the recognition and approval of nursing students.
