摘要
目的分析循证医学在心胸外科临床实习教学中的运用价值。方法选取2018年2月—2021年2月于该院心胸外科进行实习的临床实习医师50名进行研究,将其按照随机数表法分成两组。参照组(n=25)采用传统教学法进行实习教学,研究组(n=25)采用循证医学法进行实习教学。对比两组心胸外科临床实习医师进行不同临床实习教学后的出科成绩、临床工作能力和教学满意度。结果在对心胸外科临床实习医师进行实习教学后,研究组临床实习医师的出科成绩较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床实习医师的临床工作能力较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床实习医师的教学满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对心胸外科的临床实习医师进行实习教学时,采用循证医学法进行实习教学能够丰富临床实习医师的专业知识,提升临床实习医师的操作能力,锻炼临床工作能力,提高教学满意度,值得在临床教学中研究推广。
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based medicine in clinical practice teaching in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods From February 2018 and February 2021,50 clinical interns who were internships in the department of cardiothoracic surgery of the hospital were selected for research,they were divided into two different groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(n=50)used traditional teaching methods for internship teaching,and the study group(n=50)used evidence-based medicine for internship teaching.Compared the results,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of cardiothoracic clinical interns after different clinical practice teaching.Results After the practice teaching for clinical interns in cardiothoracic surgery,the clinical interns in the study group had higher performances than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical work ability of clinical interns in the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of clinical interns in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting internship teaching for clinical interns in cardiothoracic surgery,the use of evidence-based medicine for internship teaching can enrich the professional knowledge of clinical interns,improve the clinical interns'operational ability,exercise clinical work ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.It is worthy of research and promotion in clinical teaching.
