基于案例的心电图谱教学在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨案例的心电图谱教学在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值,并分析其应用的效果。方法选取于2019年3月—2020年6月期间在住院医师规范化培训中的实习生54名,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统带教法进行教学,研究组采用案例的心电图谱教学的指导模式进行教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果两组入科时理论考试成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后研究组(98.3±8.5)分,对照组(91.3±4.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.726,P<0.05);两组入科时技能操作成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后研究组(95.6±3.2)分,对照组(82.7±3.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.582,P<0.05)。研究组满意度(96.29%)明显高于对照组(70.37%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028)。结论将案例的心电图谱教学应用在住院医师规范化培训中教学中的的实际效果较好,提升了实习生的学习兴趣和实践能力,值得临床上的实习推广。 Objective To explore the application value of case-analyzed electrocardiogram teaching in the standardized training of resident doctors,and to analyze the effect of its application.Methods 54 interns were selected from March 2019 to June 2020 during the standardized training of residents.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group used traditional teaching methods for teaching,and the study group used the guidance mode of case-based ECG teaching for teaching.Compared the effects of the two groups.Results The theoretical test scores at the time of admission of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After training,the study group was(98.3±8.5)points,and the control group was(91.3±4.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.726,P<0.05).The skill operation scores when entering the department of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After training,the study group was(95.6±3.2)points,and the control group was(82.7±3.3)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.582,P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of the study group(96.29%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.37%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion The actual effect of applying the electrocardiogram teaching of the case in the standardized training of resident doctors is good,and it improves the learning interest and practical ability of the interns.It is worthy of clinical practice promotion.
