摘要
医学生共情能力是医学人文的核心能力。共情能力的培养被看作是医学教育的重要目标之一,也被视为医学人文素质在医学实践中的落脚点。叙事医学是叙事学和医学相融合的新兴交叉研究方向,是当前循证医学的有利补充。具备叙事能力的医务工作者能够对患者的病痛和经历进行认知、共情并为之触动,并将这种共情与反思实践于相应的诊疗行为。该文结合叙事医学理念和内涵,初步探讨医学生共情能力培养的可行路径和有效方法。
The empathy ability of medical students is the core ability of medical humanities.The cultivation of empathy is regarded as one of the important goals of medical education,and it is also regarded as the foothold of medical humanistic quality in medical practice.Narrative medicine is an emerging cross-research direction integrating narratology and medicine,and it is a beneficial supplement to current evidence-based medicine.Medical workers with narrative skills can recognize,empathize with,and be touched by patients'illnesses and experiences.And practice this empathy and reflection in the corresponding diagnosis and treatment behavior.Combining the concept and connotation of narrative medicine,this article preliminarily explores feasible paths and effective methods for the cultivation of empathy ability of medical students.
