电液比例阀PWM平均电流计算方法

摘要 提出了一种电液比例阀脉冲宽度调制(PWM)平均电流计算方法,该算法将1个PWM周期分为上升和下降2部分,采集峰值和谷值电流及相应时刻,利用RL一阶电路模型计算线圈电感、电阻等,建立相应的电路方程,时间细分确定电流序列,对电流序列进行梯形法求和后,再除以PWM周期计算出平均电流。在Matlab软件上进行了仿真试验,利用自主研发的控制系统平台,对进油计量阀平均电流进行计算和控制,并在油泵台架和发动机台架上完成了相应的试验。试验结果表明,本算法可以精确地对平均电流进行计算处理,满足精确计算电液比例阀平均电流的需求。 It presents a kind of electro-hydraulic proportional valve PWM average current calculation method,the algorithm divides a PWM cycle into two parts:on path and off path,samples peak and valley current and corresponding time,RL first-order circuit model is used to calculate the inductance and resistance of the coil,and the corresponding circuit equations are established,time subdivision determines the current sequence,the current sequence is summed by trapezoidal method,then divide by the PWM period to calculate the average current.The simulation experiment is carried out on Matlab,and the control system platform developed by our company is used to calculate and control the average current of the inlet metering valve,and the corresponding experiments are carried out on pump test bench and diesel engine test rig.Experimental results show that this algorithm can accurately calculate the average current to meet the needs of accurate calculation of the average current of electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
