情报编写研究何以可能

Why Intelligence-writing Research is Possible

[目的/意义]针对情报编写研究尚为学术"空白"的现象,探讨情报编写的本质规律,以提升情报编写研究的学术内涵,使之成为情报学研究一个重要的理论课题。[方法/过程]回应有关情报编写研究的各种质疑,同时阐述情报编写及其研究兴起的背景,以及情报编写研究的内容框架。[结果/结论]情报编写研究是一个具有重要学术价值且内容丰富的理论课题,可构建具有严密逻辑关系的内容框架:一是情报编写原理研究,情报表达和情报交流是情报编写的两个基本原理;二是情报产品特征研究,可从文体、语体、语境、规范和篇章构成等方面探讨情报产品的基本特征;三是情报编写专题研究,围绕情报编写中的某些具体问题和新问题开展专题研究。

[Purpose/Significance] In view of the phenomenon that the study of intelligence-writing is still a “blank”in the academic field,this paper discusses the essential rules of intelligence-writing,so as to improve the academic connotation of intelligence-writing research and make it an important theoretical subject of information science. [Method/Process] The paper responded to various doubts about the research on intelligence-writing,elaborated the background of the rise of intelligence-writing and its research,as well as the content framework of the research on intelligence-writing.[Results/Conclusions] The research on intelligence-writing is a theoretical subject with important academic value and rich content. It can construct a content framework with strict logical relationship. Its research content includes the following three aspects: One is the research on the principle of intelligence-writing. intelligence expression and information communication are two basic principles of intelligence-writing. The second is the research on the characteristics of intelligence products.The basic characteristics of intelligence products can be discussed from the aspects of style,context,norm and text composition. The third is a special study on intelligence-writing,focusing on some specific problems and new problems in intelligence writing.
