摘要 为了充分利用BIM(buildinginformationmodeling)、VR(virtualreality)技术可视化的特点,解决北京地铁19号线一期工程装修设计、施工管理的专业协调、末端点位的配合及碰撞检查等实际问题。以在建的北京地铁19号线一期工程新宫站公共区装修工程为例进行研究,在工程的各个阶段,统筹协调各个项目参与方,实现了BIM、VR技术在工程领域的跨界应用,创新性地提出基于BIM+VR的全专业装修设计和工厂化预制、现场装配施工的管理思路,对该技术应用的必要性进行探讨,对该技术的可实现度进行分析,以"未建先试"的管理理念对装修设计管理的全过程进行研究,认为三维扫描、BIM、VR技术在装修设计、施工中的应用可以极大提高装修工程的进度、质量,为乘客提供一个良好的乘车环境,并为后期数据化、信息化运维管理提供基础。 To efficiently benefit from the visual characteristics of building information modeling(BIM) and virtual reality(VR) technology, we must solve practical problems, such as the decoration design and construction management of the firstphase project of the Beijing Metro Line 19, the coordination of end points, and collision inspection. Taking the construction of the Xingong Station public area renovation project of the first phase of the Beijing Metro Line 19 project under construction as an example, in all phases of the project, we coordinated between the various project participants and found that BIM and VR technology can be used in the field of engineering innovatively and put forward BIM+VR-based fully-specialized decoration design and factory prefabrication and on-site assembly management ideas. It provided the opportunity to discuss the necessity of the application of this technology and analyze its achievability. The management concept of “test before construction”prompted research on the whole process of decoration design management. It is believed that the application of 3 D scanning,BIM, and VR technology in decoration design and construction greatly improves the progress and quality of decoration projects and provides passengers with a good riding environment, providing a foundation for the later data-based information operation and maintenance management.
