激励机制在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨激励机制在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年1—12月80例内分泌科患者和护理人员30名,随机数字表法分组。常规管理组对于护理人员给予常规护理管理,激励机制组对于护理人员采取激励机制绩效考核。比较两组护理人员对于内分泌科工作环境、绩效机制、职业发展空间、人文关怀等的满意度、内分泌科护理工作质量、护理纠纷发生率、患者的满意度。结果激励机制组满意度高于常规管理组,内分泌科护理工作质量高于常规管理组,护理纠纷发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激励机制组患者满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励机制用于内分泌科护理管理中可获得较好的成效,可提高内分泌科护理工作质量,减少护理纠纷发生,提高护理人员的满意度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of incentive mechanism in the performance evaluation of nursing management in the department of endocrinology.Methods A total of 80 endocrinology patients and 30 nursing staff in the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table.The routine management group provides routine nursing management to the nursing staff,and the incentive mechanism group adopts the incentive mechanism performance appraisal for the nursing staff.Compared the two groups of nursing staff's satisfaction with the endocrinology department's working environment,performance mechanism,career development space,humanistic care,etc.,the endocrinology department's nursing work quality,the incidence of nursing disputes,and the patient's satisfaction.Results The satisfaction degree of the incentive mechanism group was higher than that of the conventional management group,the quality of nursing work in the endocrinology department was higher than that of the conventional management group,and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that of the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the incentive mechanism group was higher than that in the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incentive mechanism can be used in the nursing management of the endocrinology department to obtain better results,which can improve the quality of nursing work in the endocrinology department,reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff.It is worthy of promotion.
