风险预警机制在烧伤科安全管理中的应用

Application of Risk Early Warning Mechanism in Safety Management of Burn Department

目的探讨风险预警机制在烧伤科安全管理中的应用。方法该院烧伤科2020年1—12月实施风险预警机制,总治疗例数2061例设为观察组;2019年1—12月实施原有管理模式,总治疗例数1979例设为对照组。观察风险预警机制实施前后安全隐患发生情况、患者满意度及安全管理效果比较。结果观察组安全隐患例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对医护人员操作技术、医患沟通、心理教育及健康指导满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意外伤害、并发症、医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险预警机制应用于烧伤科安全管理中,可有效降低医疗安全隐患,患者满意度及对安全管理具较好的效果。

Objective To explore the application of risk early warning mechanism in the safety management of burns department.Methods The risk warning mechanism implemented in the burn department of the hospital from January to December 2020 as the observation group,with a total number of 2061 cases,and the original management model implemented from January to December 2019 as the control group,with a total number of 1979 cases.Observed the occurrence of potential safety hazards,patient satisfaction and safety management effects before and after the implementation of the risk warning mechanism.Results The number of safety risks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with medical staff's operating skills,doctor-patient communication,psychological education and health guidance than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of accidental injuries,complications,doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk early warning mechanism to the safety management of burns department can effectively reduce the hidden medical safety hazards,patient satisfaction and safety management have a better effect.
