关于护理风险管理运用在产科护理管理中的效果评价研究

Study on the Effect Evaluation of Nursing Risk Management in Obstetric Nursing Management

目的为提高产科医疗质量以及其他科室进行护理风险管理提供现实及理论依据。方法将2020年10月—2021年4月该院产科46名护理人员作为研究对象,对所有护理人员实施护理风险管理,通过成立产科风险管理小组、完善产科风险预防机制、加强人员培训以及强化产科常规护理工作来提升产科护理人员的整体工作水平。对比实施护理风险管理前后产科护理人员的工作水平变化以及产科发生各类不安全事件的频次。结果实施后同一时间范围内产科发生各类护理质量事件的频次要明显少于实施前;实施后护理人员抵御护理风险的能力较实施前有了显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在医院产科的运用效果显著,可提升护理人员抵御护理风险的能力,也在一定程度上能够减少产妇不良结局发生的概率。

Objective To provide practical and theoretical basis for improving the quality of obstetric medical care and other departments for nursing risk management.Methods Taking 46 nursing staff in the obstetrics department of the hospital from October 2020 to April 2021 as the research objects,nursing risk management was implemented for all nursing staff,By establishing an obstetrics risk management team,improved the obstetric risk prevention mechanism,strengthen personnel training,and strengthen routine obstetric nursing work to improve the overall work level of obstetric nursing staff.Compared the work level changes of obstetric nurses and the frequency of various unsafe events in obstetrics before and after the implementation of nursing risk management.Results After the implementation,the frequency of various nursing quality events in the obstetrics department within the same time frame was significantly less than before the implementation.After the implementation,the nursing staff's ability to resist nursing risks has been significantly improved compared with that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in hospital obstetrics has a significant effect,which can improve the ability of nursing staff to resist nursing risks,and to a certain extent can reduce the probability of adverse maternal outcomes.
