摘要
目的探讨反面案例结合情景参与式教学对中药房实习生中药学知识掌握情况及中药调剂质量的影响。方法以2020年1—12月来该院中药房参与实习的62名实习生为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,各31名。对照组使用传统教育模式,观察组使用反面案例结合情景参与式教学。使用中药学专业知识二模拟题与中药调剂员模拟试题二进行考核,比较两组中药学知识掌握情况和中药调剂质量,对比两组实习生中药房岗位胜任程度(中药调剂员操作考核评分表)。结果观察组中药学专业知识二模拟题考试、中药调剂员模拟试题二考试分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中药调剂员操作考核评分表考核中,中药材鉴别、处方调配、用药指导及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其中两组销售与服务评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用反面案例结合情景参与式教学能提高中药房实习生中药学知识掌握情况及中药调剂质量,有利于提高实习生中药房专业知识,提高学习效率,具有较高教学应用价值。
Objective To explore the influence of negative cases combined with situational participatory teaching on the knowledge of Chinese medicine and the quality of Chinese medicine preparations of the interns in Chinese pharmacy.Methods A total of 62 interns who participated in the internship in the hospital's Chinese pharmacy from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 31 persons each by random grouping method.The control group used the traditional education model,and the observation group used negative cases combined with situational participatory teaching.Used the second simulation question of Chinese medicine professional knowledge and the second simulation question of Chinese medicine dispensers to evaluate,compared the knowledge of Chinese pharmacy and the quality of Chinese medicine preparations between the two groups,and compared the competence of the two groups of interns in the Chinese pharmacy(Chinese medicine dispensers operation assessment score sheet).Results The scores of the observation group on the second simulated test of Chinese pharmacy professional knowledge and the second simulated test of traditional Chinese medicine regulators were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's traditional Chinese medicine dispenser operation assessment score sheet assessed the identification of traditional Chinese medicine materials,prescription preparation,medication guidance and total scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sales and service scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of negative cases combined with situational participatory teaching can improve the knowledge of Chinese pharmacy and the quality of Chinese medicine preparations for interns in Chinese pharmacies.It is conducive to improving the professional knowledge of the interns in the Chinese pharmacy,improving the learning efficiency,and has a higher teaching application value.
