以问题为基础的学习+文献沙龙教学方法在神经外科临床带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在神经外科临床带教中应用以问题为基础的学习联合文献沙龙教学方式的效果。方法分别纳入该院神经外科2017年1月—2019年1月和2019年3月—2021年3月两个阶段各30名本科见习生作为研究对象,前一阶段临床带教中实施传统教学模式(对照组),后一阶段临床带教中实施以问题为基础的学习联合文献沙龙教学方法(观察组),带教结束后对两组进行神经外科医学客观题和病例分析题测试,同时采用该院自制问卷调查表对两组进行教学模式评价调查,统计两组对该次教学模式的满意度。结果观察组客观题和病例分析题测试评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高知识理解能力、提高临床思维能力、拓展知识范围等方面评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科临床带教中应用以问题为基础的学习联合文献沙龙教学方式的效果明显,不仅可以促进教学质量提升,还能提高神经外科临床带教中见习生的对教学模式的满意度,进而促进临床科研综合能力提升,充分调动其在学习中的主观能动性,强化医院医疗服务凝聚力。 Objective To explore the effect of applying problem-based learning combined with literature salon teaching methods in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Methods Thirty undergraduate trainees from the department of neurosurgery of the hospital in each of the two stages from January 2017 to January 2019 and March 2019 to March 2021 were included as the research objects.The traditional teaching model(control group)was implemented in the first stage of clinical teaching,and the problem-based learning combined with literature salon teaching method(observation group)was implemented in the latter stage of clinical teaching.After the teaching,the two groups were tested on objective questions of neurosurgery and case analysis.At the same time,the two groups were evaluated and surveyed on the teaching mode using the hospital's self-made questionnaire,and the satisfaction of the two groups with this teaching mode was counted.Results The test scores of objective questions and case analysis questions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's scores for stimulating learning interest,improving self-study ability,improving knowledge understanding ability,improving clinical thinking ability,and expanding knowledge scope were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with the teaching mode was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-based learning combined with literature salon teaching methods in neurosurgery clinical teaching has obvious effects,which can not only promote the improvement of teaching quality,but also improve the satisfaction of the teaching mode of trainees in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Further promote the improvement of comprehensive clinical research capabilities,fully mobilize their subjective initiative in learning,and strengthen the cohesion of hospital medical services.
