摘要
医院及各科室想要更好的发展,需要聚集提高各团队的协作精神,学会利用成员中的优点和擅长的技能,才能更好地推动医院和谐发展。当今医院的发展离不开团队组建,更需要塑造高绩效团队,才能满足日趋激烈的竞争需求。该文通过院内管理案例的分析,思考如何打造和管理医院高绩效团队,并提出相应解决对策,促进高绩效团队的建设。
For better development of hospitals and various departments,it is necessary to gather and improve the collaborative spirit of each team,and learn to use the strengths and skills of members in order to better promote the harmonious development of the hospital.The development of today's hospitals is inseparable from team formation,and it is necessary to build high-performance teams to meet the increasingly fierce competition.Through the analysis of hospital management cases,this paper thinks about how to build and manage hospital high-performance teams,and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the construction of high-performance teams.
