Research Progress of Nutrition Compositions and Functions of Aronia Melanocarpa at Home and Abroad

黑果腺肋花楸营养物质丰富,经济开发价值较高,国内外众多实验证实了其具有高抗氧化性等功效。但国内黑果腺肋花楸深加工产业还处于初级阶段,相关研究不多。本文对黑果腺肋花楸的营养成分、生理功能和饮料产品开发现状进行总结,为我国黑果腺肋花楸产业的发展提供参考和理论依据。

Aronia melanocarpa is rich in nutrition compositions and has high economic development value.Many experiments at home and abroad have proved that it has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,cardioprotective and other functions.However,the deep processing industry of Aronia melanocarpa in China is still in the primary stage,and there are few related researches.This paper summarizes the research progress of nutrition compositions,physiological functions and beverage product development status of Aronia melanocarpa,and provides reference and theoretical basis for the development of Aronia melanocarpa industry in China.
