铁皮石斛不同栽培方式不同海拔不同部位多糖含量对比研究

A Comparative Study of Polysaccharide Contentof Dendrobium Candidum by Different Cultivation Methods,at Different Altitudesand of Different Parts

为测定不同栽培方式、不同海拔、不同部位铁皮石斛多糖含量,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定铁皮石斛多糖含量。得出其附树栽培高于大棚栽培,低海拔高于中海拔,茎高于叶,可加强铁皮石斛综合利用。文章为今后铁皮石斛的质量控制、栽培方式以及资源综合化利用提供一定的参考,助推石斛相关产业提质增效发展。

To determine the polysaccharide content of Dendrobium officinale by different cultivation methods,at different altitudes and of different parts.The polysaccharide content of Dendrobium officinale was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Attached tree cultivation was higher than greenhouse cultivation,low altitude was higher than middle altitude,stem was higher than leaf.To strengthen the comprehensive utilization of Dendrobium officinale,this paper provides a certain reference for the quality control,cultivation methods,and comprehensive utilization of resources of Dendrobium officinale in the future,and promotes the quality and efficiency development of related industries of Dendrobium officinale.
