农业气象服务中综合气象观测能力建设及提升策略

由于最近几年经济发展迅速,国民的生活质量也有了相应的提升,各个行业的经济更是得到了质的飞跃,在国民经济迅速发展的今天,人们的生活出行以及生产劳动和气象预测息息相关,尤其是近些年全球气候变暖较为严重,自然灾害频繁发生,人们也因此受到了许多困扰,特别是靠天吃饭的农民,因为气象灾害造成粮食收成急剧下降,更有甚者,每年种植的粮食入不敷出。所以,人们以及社会对气象观测提出了更高的要求,基层气象部门的观测直接关系到人们的生活,因此文章探析了气象部门的综合气象观测能力并给出了相应的提升策略,以供参考。

Due to the rapid economic development in recent years,the quality of life of the people has been correspondingly improved,and the economy of various industries has made a qualitative leap.Today,with the rapid development of the national economy,people's life,travel and production labor are closely related to the weather forecast,especially in recent years,due to the serious global warming,natural disasters occur frequently in recent years,and people are also troubled by a lot of problems.Especially for the farmers who depend on heaven for a living,the grain harvest has dropped sharply because of meteorological disasters,and what is more,the grain they grow every year even falls short of their income to make ends meet.Therefore,people and society also put forward higher requirements for meteorological observation,and the observation of grass-roots meteorological departments is directly related to people's life,so this paper probes into the comprehensive meteorological observation capacity of meteorological departments and gives the corresponding promotion strategies.for reference.
