水泥窑炉协同处理污泥烟气污染物排放相关性研究

摘要 针对水泥窑炉烟气净化系统中各系统与污染物浓度相关性问题进行研究,采用统计分析方法对NO_(x)浓度、NH_(3)逃逸、SO_(2)浓度和粉尘浓度与协同处置污泥系统、SNCR系统和脱硫系统进行相关性分析。得出了在处置污泥可协同控制NO_(x)浓度,其次是SNCR系统和脱硫系统;脱硫系统可优化NH_(3)逃逸浓度,其次是SNCR系统和协同处置污泥系统;脱硫系统亦可优化SO_(2)浓度,其次是SNCR系统和协同处置污泥系统;在优化粉尘颗粒浓度时,优先考虑布袋除尘器的影响,其次是SNCR和协同处置污泥,脱硫浆液pH对粉尘浓度影响程度甚微。 In view of the correlation between the various systems in the cement kiln flue gas purification system and the concentration of pollutants,the statistical analysis method is used to analyze the NO_(x)concentration,NH_(3)escape,SO_(2)concentration and dust concentration with the co-processing sludge system,SNCR system and desulfurization system.Correlation analysis.It is concluded that the NO_(x)concentration can be controlled cooperatively in the disposal of sludge,followed by the SNCR system and the desulfurization system;the desulfurization system can optimize the NH_(3)escape concentration,followed by the SNCR system and the co-processing sludge system;the desulfurization system can also optimize the SO_(2)concentration,followed by SNCR system and co-processing sludge system;when optimizing the concentration of dust particles,priority is given to the influence of bag filter,followed by SNCR and co-processing sludge.The pH of the desulfurization slurry has little effect on the dust concentration.
