摘要
针对现有淀粉类降滤失剂高温下易失效和对钻井液粘度影响大的问题,以淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、硅藻土为改性材料,N’N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种环保型抗高温淀粉降滤失剂GDF-1。采用红外光谱、热重分析等对其结构进行表征,实验评价了其对钻井液滤失性能的影响,并探讨了GDF-1的作用机理。结果表明,GDF-1热稳定性较高,160℃热滚后对膨润土基浆的流变性能影响较小,可有效改善泥饼质量。GDF-1可抑制粘土颗粒高温团聚,使基浆的粒度分布更加合理。1%加量下基浆的API滤失量降低率可达79%。GDF-1通过吸附自由水形成水化膜,结合物理封堵以及架桥作用,降低泥饼渗透性,减少滤失量。
In view of the problems that the existing starch fluid loss reducer is easy to fail at high temperature and has a great impact on the viscosity of drilling fluid,an environmental friendly high temperature resistant starch fluid loss reducer GDF-1 was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with starch as raw material,acrylamide,acrylic acid and diatomite as modified materials and N′N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent.Its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.Its effect on the filtration performance of drilling fluid was evaluated experimentally,and the action mechanism of GDF-1 was discussed.The results show that GDF-1 has high thermal stability and has little effect on the rheological properties of bentonite base mud after hot rolling at 160℃,which can effectively improve the quality of mud cake.GDF-1 can inhibit the agglomeration of clay particles at high temperature and make the particle size distribution of base mud more reasonable.The reduction rate of API filtration of base mud can reach 79%at the dosage of 1%.GDF-1 forms a hydrated membrane by adsorbing free water.Combined with physical plugging and bridging,GDF-1 reduces mud cake permeability and filtration loss.
