摘要
研究了一种新型的具有低表面张力、改善原油流动性和清洗解除采油通道堵塞等多种功能的冷采剂,冷采剂主要成分为混苯-水-表面活性剂形成的乳液,用粒径、表面张力、水润接触角、静态分散率、破乳时间等因素考察了冷采剂的性能。结果表明,较好的3#配方平均粒径为7.860μm,表面张力平衡值在31 mN/m左右,接触角在使用浓度为250 mg/L时达到近60°,静态分散率可达到79.49%,破乳时间为6.3 min。同时采用稳定性分析仪表征乳液稳定性,包括分散性、散射光光通量、稳定性指数,结果显示较好的3#配方分散性指数为0.0599,散射光光通量随时间变化较慢,稳定性指数随时间变化较小。
Researched a new type of cold recovery agent with multiple functions such as:low surface tension,improving crude oil fluidity,cleaning and removing blockage of oil production channels.The main component of the cold recovery agent is an emulsion formed by mixed benzene-water-surfactant,the properties of the cold recovery agent was investigated by particle size,surface tension,wetting contact angle,static dispersion rate,and demulsification time.The results show that the average particle size of the better 3#formula is 7.860μm,the surface tension equilibrium value is about 31 mN/m,the contact angle is nearly 60°when the concentration is 250 mg/L,the static dispersion rate can reach 79.49%,and the demulsification time is 6.3 min.Futhermore,stability analysis was used to characterize the stability of the emulsion,including dispersion,scattering light flux and turbiscan stability index.The results showed that the dispersibility index of the 3#formula was 0.0599,the light flux of the scattered light changed slowly with time,and the turbiscan stability index changed little with time.
