石油磺酸盐胶束的形貌表征及影响因素

摘要 针对新疆克拉玛依油田实际注入的阴离子表面活性剂石油磺酸盐KPS进行胶束化行为研究,确定了KPS的临界胶束浓度(cmc),明确了盐度对临界胶束浓度的影响,考察了微观条件下浓度、盐度、pH、温度等影响因素对KPS聚集体尺寸及形貌的影响。结果表明,室温条件下,KPS水溶液的cmc为0.017%且溶液中无机盐会促进胶束的自组装能力;浓度对KPS聚集体尺寸及形貌均有不同程度的影响,KPS浓度增加,形貌由球形胶束向球形多腔囊泡转化;KPS胶束耐盐性能较差,即无机盐中阳离子价态会影响KPS聚集体尺寸及形貌;此外,KPS胶束聚集体的耐酸性较差,耐碱性较好且温度能够影响KPS聚集体尺寸及形貌,呈现先增大后减小的规律。 In order to further combine with oilfield development,the micellar behavior of petroleum sulfonate(KPS),an anionic surfactant actually injected in Karamay Oilfield,Xinjiang,was studied.The critical micelle concentration(CMC)of KPS was determined,and the influence of salinity on the critical micelle concentration was clarified.The effects of salinity,concentration,pH and temperature on the size and morphology of KPS aggregates were investigated.The results showed that the CMC of KPS aqueous solution was 0.017%at room temperature,and the inorganic salts in the solution could promote the self-assembly ability of micelles.Concentration has different effects on the size and morphology of KPS aggregates.With the increase of KPS concentration,the morphology changes from spherical micelles to spherical multicavity vesicles.The salt resistance of KPS micelles is poor,that is,the cation valence in inorganic salts will affect the size and morphology of KPS aggregates.In addition,the resistance of KPS micelle aggregates to acid is poor,but the resistance to alkali is good.Temperature affects the size of KPS aggregates,which increases first and then decreases,the morphology of KPS aggregates is from micelle to vesicle to micelle.
