FEVE-亚麻油二元醇解产物制备工艺的探究

摘要 为了对FEVE氟碳涂料进行改性,采用亚麻油和FEVE为主要原料制备一种新型的FEVE醇酸产物。通过对静置澄清后产品上层油层体积的测定,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、亚麻油用量、甘油用量对FEVE醇解反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为210~220℃,反应时间为40~45 min,FEVE和亚麻油质量配比为10∶1,甘油添加量为4.0%时,所得到的醇解产物效果最好。 In order to modify FEVE fluorocarbon coatings,this paper uses linseed oil and FEVE as the main raw materials to prepare a new type of FEVE alkyd product.By measuring the volume of the upper oil layer of the product after standing clarification,the influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,linseed oil dosage,and glycerin dosage on the alcoholysis reaction of FEVE was discussed.Result have found that when the reaction temperature is 210~220℃,the reaction time is 40~45 min,the mass ratio of FEVE and linseed oil is 10∶1,and the amount of glycerol added is 4.0%,the alcoholysis product obtained has the best effect.
