“枫桥经验”从“地方经验”发展到“全国经验”,在新时代焕发出强大的生命力,迸发出强劲的新动能,更为有力地冲破基层社会善治进程的瓶颈障碍,更为有效地为基层社会治理模式“推陈出新”注入新鲜活力,更为有质地保障基层社会治理体系的建设和治理能力的提升,具有中国特色社会主义色彩。在归纳新时代“枫桥经验”实践领域,模式和成效等经验的基础上,提炼基层社会善治的新挑战新问题,提出以新时代“枫桥经验”为必有之径构建基层社会善治新体系新机制,实现基层社会治理现代化。

The“Fengqiao Bridge Experience”has developed from“local experience”to“national experience”.It will radiate strong vitality in the New Era and burst with strong new momentum,which will break through the bottleneck obstacles more forcefully that hinder the progress of good governance in grassroots society.It is more effective to promote the“introduction of the old and bring forth the new”in the grassroots social governance model,and to ensure that the construction of the grassroots social governance system and the improvement of governance capabilities have Chinese characteristics.This article,on the basis of the summary of practice areas,models and results of“Fengqiao Bridge Experience”in the New Era,refines the new challenges and problems faced by the good governance of grassroots society,puts forward“Fengqiao Bridge Experience”in the New Era is the only way to build the new system and mechanism of good governance of a grassroots society for the modernization of grassroots social governance.
