摘要
隧道不良地质段的初期支护的好坏直接关系到隧道施工的安全和质量。钢纤维喷射混凝土强度高,韧性好,为解决隧道不良地质段的初期支护提供了新的方法。本文以某铁路隧道钢纤维喷射混凝土应用为例,详细阐述了钢纤维喷射混凝土的配合比设计与施工。结果表明,该铁路隧道钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗压强度、韧度系数、厚度、钢纤维用量、喷射砼外观等质量检查均满足规定要求,为钢纤维喷射混凝土在隧道中的应用提供了借鉴。
The initial support of unfavorable geological section of tunnel is directly related to the safety and quality of tunnel construction.Steel fiber shotcrete has high strength and good toughness,which provides a new method for improving the initial support of unfavorable geological section of tunnel.This paper took the application of steel fiber shotcrete in railway tunnel as an example,and elaborated the mix proportion design and construction of steel fiber shotcrete.The results showed that the compressive strength,toughness coefficient,thickness,steel fiber content and appearance of steel fiber shotcrete in the railway tunnel met the specified requirements,which provided reference for the application of steel fiber shotcrete in the tunnel.
