网民媒体接触对政府信任的影响--基于中介和调节作用的研究

The influence of Internet Users’Media Contact on Government Trust--Research Based on Mediation and Regulation

政府信任事关国家政局稳定与社会和谐。本研究利用2017年网民社会意识调查数据,就不同媒体接触对网民政府信任产生的影响及路径展开研究。研究发现,网民官方媒体接触对政府信任具有积极的显著性影响,非官方媒体接触则对政府信任具有消极的显著性影响。威权人格发挥了重要的中介作用,网民官方媒体信息信任在威权人格与政府信任之间、非官方媒体信息信任在威权人格与政府信任之间均具有调节效应。中介与调节效应的存在,有助于探究不同媒体接触对网民政府信任的影响机制,使政府完善提升合法性的途径,并促进政治体系的健康运行。

Government trust is related to national political stability and social harmony.This study uses the survey data of netizens’social awareness in 2017 to study the impact and path of different media contacts on Netizens’government trust.The study shows that Internet users’official media contact has a positive and significant influence on government trust,while unofficial media contact has a negative impact on government trust.Authoritarian personality plays an important intermediary role.The existence of intermediary and regulatory effects is helpful to explore the impact mechanism of different media contacts on Netizens’government trust,the ways for the government to improve its legitimacy,and promote the healthy operation of the political system.
