消费者行为导向下商业街更新转型——以合肥市芜湖路为例

摘要 在城市更新背景下,商业空间对我们的城市生产和生活产生了重要影响。基于对合肥芜湖路的调研分析,以自下而上的独特视角,挖掘芜湖路商业街更新的内在动因,提出了消费者行为导向的基本理念。在消费者行为转变的背景下,研究商业业态的组成比例、空间形态的历史演变过程,总结了传统向新兴业态转型的特点,为商业街区的更新提供参考。 Commercial Street Renewal and transformation under the guidance of consumer behavior under the background of urban renewal,commercial space has had an important impact on our urban production and life.Based on the investigation and analysis of Wuhu Road in Hefei,this paper excavates the internal motivation of Wuhu Road Commercial Street Renewal from a unique bottom-up perspective,and puts forward the basic concept of consumer behavior orientation.In the context of the transformation of consumer behavior,this paper studies the historical evolution process of the composition proportion and spatial form of commercial formats,summarizes the characteristics of the transformation from traditional to emerging formats,and provides a reference for the renewal of commercial blocks.
