摘要
集团企业对成员企业的管控存在着较多的难点,而信息化则为集团企业实施人力资源管理提供了解决方案。本文分析了当前集团企业人力资源管控的现状,提出了人力信息应由分散管理转变为集中管理方式的转变,在此基础上,重点剖析了集团企业人力资源部门如何做好e-HR规划,并以某大型企业集团围绕信息化推进下属子公司人力资源管控为例,阐述了集团e-HR项目的实施成果与收获。以期为集团型企业成功实施e-HR提供参考。
There are many difficulties in the management and control of member enterprises by group enterprises,and informatization provides a solution for group enterprises to implement human resource management.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management and control in group enterprises,and puts forward the transformation of human information from decentralized management to centralized management.On this basis,it focuses on how the human resource department of group enterprises makes e-HR planning,and takes a large enterprise group as an example to promote the human resource management and control of its subsidiaries around informatization,This paper expounds the implementation results and gains of the group's e-HR project.In order to provide reference for the successful implementation of e-HR in group enterprises.
