异型斜拉式菱形挂篮在大跨度连续刚构中的应用

目前在悬臂连续梁或连续刚构施工中,一般使用平形挂篮、菱形挂篮或者三角形挂篮。其中平形挂篮适用于节段重量较轻的梁体,三角形挂篮适用范围较广但影响施工空间;菱形挂篮适用范围广且不影响施工空间。在大跨度连续梁施工中,菱形挂篮是使用频率最高的,但由于受自身结构所限,菱形挂篮自重较大。为使得菱形挂篮在满足受力要求的前提下尽量减轻自重,通过对挂篮部分受力杆件进行优化,从而在传统菱形挂篮的基础上改进为异型斜拉式挂篮。通过采用此类型挂篮,不但满足了挂篮受力要求,且自重也大幅度减轻,保证了挂篮的安全性,确保了连续梁施工质量及线性要求,该类型挂篮也为后续大跨度大节段连续梁施工提供了有效参考。
