摘要
大东金沙江大桥跨越金沙江,结合受控因素其主桥设置为1520m双塔单跨钢桁梁悬索桥。索塔采用门型框架结构,横梁为预应力混凝土结构。加劲梁采用板桁结合钢桁梁,以适应山区受限的施工场地,桁高9.5m,弦杆水平中心距31m。主缆采用预制平行钢丝索股,骑跨式索夹及吊索。两岸锚碇为隧道锚,其中一岸设置缆洞索股入山。引桥采用钢混组合梁,以加快施工速度和提升抗震性能。
Dadong Jinshajiang Bridge extends across the Jinshajiang River.Considering all the controlled factors,the main bridge adopted the single span suspension bridge scheme,the main span of which is 1520-metres-long,with double tower and steel truss girder.The cable tower is portal frame structure and the beam is prestressed concrete structure.The stiffening beam is plate-truss composite structure,to cope with the limitied construction space.The height of the truss is 9.5 meters,and the horizontal distance of the chord from center to center is 31 meters.The main cable consists of prefabricated parallel wire strands,with straddle clamps and slings.The two sides of the anchorage are tunnel anchors.There is a long cable hole in the mountain on one side of the bridge,so that the main cable extends into the deeper of the mountain.The approach bridge is steel-concrete composite beams,so as to speed up construction and improve seismic performance.
