摘要 聚己内酯(PCL)因其具有良好的生物相溶性和可加工性而被认为是一种有潜力的骨支架材料。采用选择性激光烧结制备PCL支架,重点研究支架在磷酸缓冲液中降解不同时间段后的力学性能变化。结果表明,支架的力学性能随着降解时间的增加而降低。值得注意的是,支架在降解5周后仍保留了约78%的拉伸强度。此外,体外矿化结果发现支架具有诱导磷灰石矿物沉积的能力,展现了一定的矿化能力。 Polycaprolactone(PCL)is considered a potential bone scaffold material because of its good biocompatibility and processability.In this study,selective laser sintering was used to prepare the PCL scaffold,and the focus was on the mechanical properties of the scaffold after degradation in phosphate buffer for different periods of time.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the scaffold decrease with the increase of the degradation time.Encouragingly,the scaffold retained approximately 78%of its tensile strength after 5 weeks of degradation.In addition,the in vitro mineralization results indicated that the scaffold can induce the deposition of apatite minerals,that is,it shows a certain mineralization ability.
