摘要
本研究以苦水玫瑰半木质化枝条为试验材料,研究了植物生长调节剂浓度和处理时间对插穗生根的影响,观察了扦插生根进程,以期找出促进苦水玫瑰嫩枝扦插生根的适宜方法。结果表明:苦水玫瑰嫩枝扦插,以50mg·L;ABT浸泡插穗0.5h的处理为最佳组合,该处理插穗的生根率可达81.94%,愈伤率达88.19%,平均根数4.3条,平均根长3.38cm。苦水玫瑰嫩枝扦插生根与愈伤组织密切相关。
In this study, the semi-ligninized branches of Kushui Rose were used as experimental material to study the effects of plant growth regulator concentration and treatment time on the rooting of cuttings.The rooting process of the softwood cuttings was observed, in order to find a suitable method to promote the rooting rate of the cuttings of Kushui Rose.The results showed that the cuttings of Kushui Rose were soaked in 50 mg·L;ABT for 0.5 h as the best combination.The rooting rate of the cuttings in this treatment reached 81.94%,the callus rate reached 88.19%,and the average number of roots was 4.3.The average root length was 3.38 cm.Rooting of tender branches of KushuiRose is closely related to callus.
