柴达木地区有机栽培枸杞金属元素含量分析

摘要 对青海省柴达木地区39个样地有机栽培的枸杞果实进行部分常见金属元素的含量测定分析,为有机枸杞更成熟、深入发展和推广提供理论依据。根据结果可知,青海省柴达木地区39处有机枸杞果实中元素的平均含量由高到低依次为K>Na>Mg>Ca>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Cr>Pb>As>Cd>Hg,钾含量远远高于钠元素含量,是典型的高钾低钠植物;重金属元素含量符合安全标准;除重金属元素外,Ca含量的变异系数最大,Cu含量变异系数最小,稳定性最高。调查样地内的有机枸杞果实中均富含有益元素,且重金属元素含量符合有机植物的标准,有较好的推广和开发前景。 To analyze the content of some common metal elements in organically cultivated Lycium barbarum fruits from 39 plots in Qaidam area, Qinghai Province, to provide a theoretical basis for the more mature, in-depth development and promotion of organic wolfberry.According to the results, the average content of elements in 39 organic wolfberry fruits in Qaidam area, Qinghai Province, from high to low, is K> Na> Mg> Ca> Fe> Zn> Cu> Mn> Cr> Pb> As> Cd> Hg, The potassium content is much higher than the sodium content, and it is a typical plant with high potassium and low sodium;The content of heavy metal elements meets safety standards;Except for heavy metal elements, Ca has the largest coefficient of variation, Cu has the smallest coefficient of variation, and has the highest stability.The organic Lycium barbarum fruits in the survey plots are rich in beneficial elements, and the content of heavy metal elements meets the standards of organic plants, which has good promotion and development prospects.
