青稞酒糟菌抑草活性的测定及活性菌株的鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 为开发新型微生物源除草剂,本研究对青海青稞酒糟中分离到的微生物菌株发酵液进行抑草活性的测定,筛选出抑草活性菌株并进行鉴定。结果显示,16株酒糟菌菌株的发酵液对野燕麦种子发芽的抑制率达到50.00%以上,菌株JZ1-1-9的抑制活性最高。酒糟菌发酵液对野燕麦的芽长、根长、鲜质量、干质量均具有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,菌株JZ1-1-9对芽长和根长的抑制活性最高,菌株JZ2-4-15对鲜质量抑制活性较高。经鉴定,菌株JZ1-1-9和JZ2-4-15为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),菌株JZ2-2-1为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。这3株活性菌株为后续微生物源除草剂的开发提供了理论依据。 In order to develop a new type of microbial herbicides, this study was conducted to determine the herbicidal activity of the fermentation broth of microbial strains isolated from Qinghai highland barley distiller’s grains, and to screen out and identify the herbicidal active strains.The results showed that the fermentation broth of 16 strains of distiller’s grains inhibited the germination of wild oat seeds by more than 50.00%,and the inhibitory activity of strain JZ1-1-9 was the highest.The fermentation broth of distiller’s grain can inhibit the shoot length, root length, fresh quality and dry quality of wild oats to varying degrees.Among them, strain JZ1-1-9 had the highest inhibitory activity on shoot length and root length, and strain JZ2-4-15 had the higher inhibitory activity on fresh quality.After identification, the strains JZ1-1-9 and JZ2-4-15 are Bacillus velezensis,and the strain JZ2-2-1 is Bacillus pumilus.These three active strains provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of microbial herbicides.
