摘要 为探索不同耐低温性辣椒材料花芽分化及形态特性的变化,本试验以强耐低温材料华美105和弱耐低温材料乐都长辣椒为材料,通过观察花芽分化期花器官显微结构,并结合株高、功能叶、叶绿素和可溶性糖含量进行分析,结果表明:华美105萼片原基较凸出、花柄原基粗而附着点紧致、心皮空腔大而胎座原基呈近锥形,表面附着胚珠原细胞数量较少;乐都长辣椒萼片原基凹陷、花柄原基细而附着点疏松、心皮空腔小而胎座原基宽,表面附着胚珠原细胞数量多。 In order to explore the changes of flower bud differentiation and morphological characteristics of pepper with different low temperature tolerance, the high low temperature tolerant material Huamei 105 and the weak low temperature tolerant material Ledu Long Pepper were used in this study, by observing the microstructure of flower organs during flower bud differentiation, and analyzing the plant height, functional leaves, chlorophyll and soluble sugar content.The results showed that the sepal primordia of Huami 105 are convexer, the flower stalk primordia are thicker with tight attachment points, the cavity of carpel are larger and the placenta primordia are subconical, and the number of surface attached ovule progenitor cells are lower;the sepal primordia of Ledu Long Pepper are sunker, the flower stalk primordia are thicker with loose attachment points, the cavity of carpel are smaller and the placenta primordia are wider, and the number of surface attached ovule progenitor cells are higher.
