摘要
介绍梅钢1780 mm热轧精轧机架间设备结构及在生产中结构强度不足、侧导板位置精度不达标等问题。通过分析找出设计缺陷,提出解决方案。通过技术改造解决存在的问题,提高机架间设备的运行精度和稳定性。
The paper describes the structure of the inter-stand equipment of 1780 mm hot finishing mill at Mei Steel and the problems about the insufficient structure strength and the poor positioning accuracy of the side guide.The solution is put forward based on the design deficiency found out by analysis.The improved inter-stand equipment has higher operational precision and stability.
